How to Contact Support via the PlayerTek Web
- Log into your PLAYERTEK+ online account.

OR select Contact Us from the settings dropdown menu.
- In the Contact Us form, select Your Region ('USA', 'Europe', 'Asia/Pacific', or 'Other').
- Fill out your Name, Email, Phone (If desired, or leave a '-'), Issue Type and provide detailed Issue Description.
- Click Submit.
- One of our Support Agents will be in contact with you via the email you entered in step 4, as soon as possible.
How to Contact Support from the Help Centre
- Navigate to the Help Centre by going to https://playertekplus.catapultsports.com/hc
- Click the digital assistant
at the bottom right of the homepage.
- It is often quickest to find a solution by troubleshooting it first. Simply select Troubleshoot an Issue and follow the instructions in the chat.
- If you still need assistance from our Support team just type 'talk to support' in the chat.
- Once you submit your request, one of our Support Agents will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
